The stars will never align perfectly

Australia has been through nearly 30 years of unbroken growth.
Of course, there have been summer seasons and winter seasons, as there always will be.
But if you haven’t seen the results you’re after, you probably need to look in the mirror, as the answers lie within.
Despite the decades of Aussie tailwind, many have still found it hard to pull the trigger and take action.
The stars will never align perfectly, and the timing will never be ‘just right’.
And even if everything did align perfectly, there would be no risk, and therefore no reward.
I’m hanging out in Seoul this week, where despite apparently unfavourable demographics the quest for yield in the low interest rate era has driven housing prices relentlessly higher.
Indeed, the South Korean government has recently introduced a cap on apartment pre-sale prices in an attempt to intervene and curb price growth.
