It's time to escape the rat race...

From the desk of Pete Wargent
When I first started progressing through my career as Chartered Accountant, I rose through the rank to become a Director at one of the ‘Big 4’ accounting firms.
But this was burning me out and was not sustainable in the short term…let alone for the next few decades.
I was at a crossroads because my apparently successful career was supposed to be improving the quality of my life, but it only seemed to be taking more time from me.
I was rarely home from the office before 8pm, and I had so little free time to do the things I really enjoyed.
I couldn't do this any longer, I had to find a way to escape the rat race.
So, I embarked on a journey of developing a straight-forward, no nonsense plan for growing my wealth as an investor.
When you see it, you'll realise - like it did - building wealth is not as hard as you think.
We have a saying in our coaching business: it’s not that hard, honestly!
I made plenty of mistakes along the way.
But you can take the shorter route to success without the pain, by using our timeless principles of investing.
This program is mainly about the principles of investing in equities (although the principles are timeless and can be applied to any asset class).
You don't have to sacrifice life and experience all the pain in order to grow your wealth.
But you do need to focus on these things:
- Determine your goals and ideal lifestyle
- Recognise and understand your personality type, and how this impacts your own motivations, goals, and decision-making
- Develop your own personal systematic plan for building wealth
- Understand why simply buying and holding investments will never maximise your long-term wealth
- Learn how to allocate your capital appropriately to manage exposure and risk
- Leant how and why you must buy low and sell high
- Use diversification to ensure that you follow Rule #1 of building wealth: don’t lose money!
- How to maximise your geometric returns – your actual long-term wealth – using the Kelly Criterion
We have created, back-tested and proven that our approach works and we are giving you access to every step of it.
I look forward to working with you.

Implement our 8 Timeless Investment Principles...

Principle #1 - Systematic Investing
If you base your investment approach on gut feelings then you will make emotional or knee-jerk decisions, and ultimately you will fail. With our systematic approach, you remove emotion from the equation. You just adopt a systematic plan...and stick to it.

Principle #2 – Your Personality & Decision Making
Our Enneagram Assessment shows that there are 9 different personality types, and we all have our own underlying motivations, goals, strengths and weaknesses.
To begin with the end in mind, it’s critical to understand your personality type and money motivations, and how this is in turn should lead your decision-making processes.

Principle #3 – Market Cycles & Mean Reversion
We have well over a century of available data to show that markets are mean reverting, and that market cycles repeat.
In this module we show you have to use this knowledge to your advantage.

Principle #4 – Risk Hierarchy
If rule number one if investing is ‘don’t lose money’ then you need to understand which investments entail a greater risk of loss and develop your strategy accordingly. .

Principle #5 – Asset Allocation
At the macro level there are good and bad times to be heavily invested in risk assets.
At the micro level, too, you need to manage risk using sensible asset allocation.

Principle #6 – Buy Low, Sell High
Buying low and selling high sounds so simple, so why do so few people do it?
We show you how you can by losing the irrational bias and adopting a global approach to your investing.

Principle #7 – Diversification
We’ve all heard the phrase ‘don’t put all your eggs in one basket’ because the future is inherently uncertain.
In this module we discuss 3 of the key ways in which you must diversify.

Principle #8 – Rebalancing
Investment professionals understand the magic rebalancing, and how and why it is proven to improve your returns through the cycle, with less risk.
Adopting a simple rebalancing strategy will force you to take money off at the highs and feed it back in at the lows.
